A: If you received inpatient or outpatient services at UCLA Healthcare and would like to speak with a customer service representative, please call (310) 825-8021. If you have already received a hospital or physician bill, you may also reference the phone number indicated on the bill.

A: First, we have to get a doctor to accept your case and have a treatment plan. As soon as we collect the estimated charges for recommended treatment, then we will write a letter indicating that you have paid the estimated charges and that you are scheduled for an appointment. This is the information usually required before you can obtain a visa, if a letter is required. Please review U.S. Visa requirements at http://www.unitedstatesvisas.gov.

A: Yes. In many cases, our faculty are willing to conduct these medical record reviews. We would need the most current (within the past month) medical reports and imaging studies preferrably on CD. The review fee is based on the number and type of studies submitted.

A: Your medical records will need to be in English. If a friend or a relative translates your records, please note it on the records. If you prefer we can recommend translation companies experienced in medical record translation.
